He's one of the best teachers at OCC. He goes above and beyond for his students. He helps us out with our personal lives and employment. He's a prime example of what a culinary teacher should be. OCC is VERY fortunate and I'm sure ALL of my classmates would agree!

culinary 3 is one of the last courses upon completion of the culinary program. barber ensures that banquet style preparing and service is understood. he is very fair. taste almost all food. food is served to the public. his grading system is easy. hes very professional. no textbook use in here. he pays attention to the smallest detail. organize.

William Barber, for me, has been hard, yet fair. If a bad habit manifests in a lab, he will not hesitate to bring it up so it can be corrected. Don't take it personally and just learn from it and you'll do well in the future. William will do what he can, based upon time constraints, to help you know the lab topic, but don't fret if you mess up.

Chef Baba is one HOT guy. I had a crush on him throughout my two years being in his class. He thinks highly of his students and expects a lot from every single one of them. Do/take your work seriously and you/your project/assignments will come out beautifully. I would take his classes all over again.

He pays extreme attention to detail, technique, and flavor. He will guide you to be the best chef of your ability. Always expect an honest opinion from him, and use his advice to better your technique and flavor profiles. Chef Barber is fair, hard working, and has a real passion for food and teaching. Chef B is a damn good person & a great Chef. his classes and tests are very hard, but you will learn alot from him. If he sees potential in you, he will encourage you, but he will also help if you need it and explain things to you. If you read what he says, the tests will be pretty easy. He is one teacher I'm glad I was able to have more than once.

Surprised no one has put there rating here... maybe cause Chef Barber is a tough nut to crack. But then again, it is his reputation on the Culinary Arts frontline of how well you are prepared, when you go out in the workforce. You will learn alot from him, stick it out, it is worth it!!!
