Comment:
Although Prof. Stewart is a quiet person he is very knowledgeable and entertaining. He genuinely cares about his students. Yeah he may not respond to emails that often and he may not be easily accessible but if you show up to class a little early he will be there to answer any questions you may have. Tests are tough because stats is tough.

Super quiet, if you're used to professors hammering the point in to really make sure you got it he's not for you. Spends a total of 5 minutes on each topic then never returns to it. Also makes you solve the problem instead of showing you how to do it. Never checks email answers the phone or is at office hours.

I took elementary statistics lab. He was the 2nd Professor for helping us. I liked how he explained the concepts. He understands Statistics VERY well and has been teaching it for a long time. This class was optional and you receive 1 credit for just attending. Just sit back and work on your stats hw from lecture or study for the test.

Take home tests and occasionally take home quizzes! The lectures were sometime drawn out and boring but a lot of times he had a video to add to the lecture which helped. Super nice prof, def an easy A.

Stewart is a wonderful teacher. All take home tests which are a little challenging but easy to get an A on. Writing assignments are very easy and interesting as well. I learned more than I expected to in his class. The films are awesome!

he's a good guy. a little scatter brained. his lectures go on and on about random things... he needs to work on his public speaking but i also think he only gives as much as the class gives him. all the tests are take home but you gotta SEARCH for some of those answers. overall its a pretty easy class a bit boring but nothing you can't get through.

i thought he was a great instructor. he is a little weird at first, but once you get to know his teaching methods, he's very cool. take home tests may seem easy, but they are pretty difficult. you have to search for the information. other than the sometimes boring lectures, i got something out of it enough to want to have him for another class. very interesting.

ohmigod, do not take his class if you love psych and are majoring in it. He will make you get a new major. Somehow he makes it so boring and plain and hardly interesting at all. He gives reviews, but they are the test, so theres no challenge. His lectures are boring, unorganized and have no purpose. And hes just creepy
