I ended up hating this class because of the prof. She is very in your face and has no concept of confidentially. Was graded on notecards with questions due throughout the course. No grading criteria, just based on whether or not she thought they were good enough. Wouldnt recommend for someone who likes a concise and clear cut syllabus.

This class consists of: Read the chapter, take the exam! There is an exam every single week, the chapters are LONG and questions are LONG! VERY strict time frame, you will NOT find out what question you missed and why you got it wrong. If you are looking for an interactive class this is NOT it! Money NOT well spent for me!

She has a habit of not teaching from the textbook but then tests you on just textbook material. You would be better off reading the textbook and teaching yourself, however you have to waste gas to show up for mandatory class. I found myself very confused throughout most of the class because she doesn't explain things at all!

I didn't care for this class or the prof. The tests are based solely on the book, and her lectures are pointless. Going all the way to campus just to get attendance points was such a waste of gas! I wish I would have taken a different psych course instead of this one, because it was a complete waste of my time and money. Don't take this course!!

Tests are all according to the book, if you can understand what the 4 authors with are saying then you should be fine. However they all have doctorates so it may be tough. Her lectures are pointless and a waste of time, she doesnt teach to the test or out of the book so they arent helpful at all. Only reason to go to class is for the attendance.

She doesn't make her own tests. They are computer generated and they're pretty much impossible. Lets you have 2 attempts and takes the average of the 2 scores. She's very boring and monotones. When you ask questions, she stands there and looks at you like you're stupid. Very difficult to get into when there's no help

She is a great professor. She does a lot of interactive learning, I believe in an attempt to reach every type of learning style. The classes fly by, and the text book is the easiest read I have ever had. I can literally read the chapter and take the quiz and get all 10 points in less than an hour. I have her for several classes, she is great!

Doesn't actually teach anything. Quizzes are online with a time limit of 11 minutes and due before she even brings up the topic in class. Basically you have to teach yourself everything. Group work in class every single day, and for more than half the class. If you can, take 202 with any professor besides her.

Very difficult class. With the tests are three essay questions and she expects you to "wow" her, which is fairly impossible. Final paper is 10+ pages on an analysis of a resuer. Does not explain what she wants from you for tests. Very Very Very difficult class AND professor

This class seemed interesting but she is sort of a dull professor. Overall not a bad class and generally pretty easy. The info is interesting she just isn't the most easy professor to pay attention to. Tests are take home which and the final paper requires effort but is pretty interesting. Weekly notecards on readings but they are easy points.

She is by far the worst professor I have ever had. Don't take this class unless you want to severely consider dropping out of college, or to develop a drinking problem.

Psych of helping and holocaust rescue. AWFUL CLASS! Tests are 3 essay questions, whic are very hard. I wrote 6 pages and still recieved a C. She doesn't explain what she is looking for and has a hard time getting her point across. Must do a paper researching a rescuer. She makes you buy books on the rescuer, you cant use online sources. VERY HARD!!

do not take this professor unless you actually have to! Psych is one of my favorite subject to study but this teacher just made it so bad. she takes her test and slides from the book, and she has attendance online so you don't need to be in class. shes every disorganized with her teaching. And test were of nothing from class

Very easy class, all exams are straight out of the book. She doesn't explain things very well though so the book is a must. Only one paper to write, which is short. Show up to class and you will pass

I am surprised with the reviews. Jazwinski is the easiest teacher I have ever had. There is a lot of work, but it is all simple and she is an extremely easy grader. You can get a B without trying. Put in a tad bit of effort and you can get an A. She is also very nice, helpful, and approachable.

Test questions are difficult to understand. Papers are not graded in a timely fashion. Does not put nearly as much effort into teaching the class as she expects from the student. Will try to avoid going forward.

As a person, she is very nice. As a teacher, I found her to be hard to understand, terrible (boring beyond words) at lecturing, and generally pretty clueless on effectively teaching. The bright spot is that she is nice and grades fairly. Wouldn't avoid taking a class because of her, but certainly wouldn't seek her out.
