Not helpful or clear. Unsupportive and unapproachable. Likes to remind you she is in charge and that most students won't not only graduate from the nursing program but will not be able to pass the NCLEX. Not encouraging. Doesn't answer emails or return phone calls. I know she is busy but come on now we all are

contrary to what i heard, ms. vansant has a great teaching style. she makes you understand why things occur, not just that they do occur. she is funny, too. did not have her for clinical, heard she is tough on care plans. her tests are a lot clearer.
