DG is the dopest! He genuinely cares about students, and wants them to be engaged with each other in learning. I repeated this class to get a better grade and his teaching made it so much easier. Tons of homework but I only helps the students.

Please take this class by professor Donald Gabriel! He is the best! His class is so easy that I passed Math with an A! He got me through miracle! His tests are exactly like the Practice exams but different numbers and he teaches in a way that everyone can understand Math! You wont regret it! He is a very nice person and always tries to do his best

Professor Gabriel is amazing! I believe he may have been the best math professor I've ever had the privilege of learning from. I had health issues and he worked around my illness and gave me an incomplete so I would have a bit of extra time to finish the class. Seriously, the best teacher ever

He truly knows his math and you can tell he loves it. DG makes you feel comfortable in class and even me (who is terribly dumb when it comes to math) understood everything which made this year's math even easier. Also the program he uses in place of a book makes it a lot easier and cheaper!

Absolutely a great professor! He communicates clearly, loves math and offers you EVERY opportunity to earn extra credit and get an A. Homework and practice test are available to keep doing till you get an 85. Really prepared you for the test. Highly reccomend. No text book. He uses other sources. I took this class 4 times before professor DG! TY

Don saved me this semester. He allowed me to take a credit by exam for calc II that I needed. He really pushes you. If you sign up for one of his classes don't expect it to be easy, it will require a lot of your time. But if you are willing to work hard he will make sure that you do well. The class was manageable but I spent at least two hours a day everyday of the week working on homework for this class. IT'S A LOT OF WORK! the professor is very nice and is more than willing to help, he is enthusiastic and does as much as he can to help your grade. Retake tests, resubmit projects. Warning he makes you work hard for a good grade.

I took this hybrid online/in-class course with the hopes of having a prof. teach me the math since math is not my best subject. I was wrong. He relied so much on group work and the online homework that I hardly learned anything through his lack of teaching. Classes were mandatory but they were only used for Q&A sessions. Nice guy, not good prof.

Came into this class unaware that it would be a hybrid with all the work being online. Nervous at first but he turned out to be a wonderful professor. Always responded to emails within hours of sending, helps with complex problems, even allows you to retake exams if you do poorly. Very easy and a great help towards anyone looking into engineering

took his hybrid class. was very helpful, always extended due dates on online HW to help people stay on track to get it all done (bc there is a lot of it!) keep up with the HW and you'll do fine. his group projects can get a bit confusing but he takes the time to talk through it all.

I took this class online it was pre-calc. It's a lot of work but if you do the work and take the practice exams you should be fine. The test is literally the practice test just reworded. Do the work and give it some effort and you should get a good grade. The professor response right away with your questions and is very helpful.

I took a hybrid class with him and he is hands down the best math teacher I have ever had. He has definitely found his calling. He is upbeat and makes the class fun. I have always hated math until this class, he actually makes learning the material fun and he explains everything so well. Goes above and beyond to help you understand.

I took his Trig online and did well. It is a lot of work, but I felt prepared moving into to calculus. The test were in depth and pretty difficult. The online program was very interactive and helped with learning better than other general my math lab course.
