Loveless is legendary. Goes out of his way to help every student he possibly can. Great professor. Teaches difficult material but will help you as much as he possibly can. You cant go wrong choosing Loveless as a prof.

Although I only had Loveless for a couple of classes, he seemed like a really great guy who honestly cared about his students! He was very clear on the subject at hand, but the lectures were a bit slow going!

Ed Loveless is an exceptional math instructor. Unlike other math profs at MUN, he is a gifted teacher and genuinely believes that his students can achieve. His lectures and examples are clear and understandable. He also has respect for his students. Something I wish I could say about other math instructors at Memorial.

Prof Loveless was one of the greatest profs I have had. He was super helpful, explained things different ways to make sure you understood. Had tons of office hours and was willing to go over mistakes you made on previous assignments so you could improve. He even helped me with my calculus when I wasn't in his course. Highly recommend.

Mr. Loveless is the most amazing professor at MUN. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to have him for 1090 and 1000. He made class enjoyable and its an easy A if you put in the effort to learn the material. Take advantage of the tutoring he is now offering since he is now retired. He is truely meant for teaching, the reason I'm doing a math major.

took 1090 & 1000 with loveless.. he is the sweetest man alive and really cares for his students. My favourite prof of ALL TIME. God love his sweet soul. I hated math until I had him and I received A's in both of his courses. If you have the chance to do tutoring with him, use the opportunity!!

Awesome professor!!! He gives great notes, is super helpful, and the weekly assignments really help you understand the material. This man was born to teach! He doesn't trick you on tests/exams, he just wants to see if you know how to complete the problem. I wish he taught all my courses. Highly recommend him!
