This class is pretty easy if you do the online tests every week and do well on the papers. Not much in class work and the exams are relatively easy. For a W.I course he only assigned 3 papers but they were a little tricky. On the bright side he offers redos on them. I would take this class again, he's a great guy.

Not the best professor as he wants you to write well. He basically told me to not use transition words that you are told to do in English 101 and English 201. There will most likely be 4 quizzes get you use your notes, but are tricky. Papers are tough and you get to redo some of them, but not all. I had to take this as it is a UP and WI.

Comment:

The class is very repetitive. He reads off a powerpoint every class and doesn't share the powerpoint so you kind of have to go. The material is not that easy however he is very willing to help and the material is fun to learn. I would happily take him for another class.

Comment:

He's confusing sometimes, especially in the way he words quiz/test questions. Sometimes you have no idea what he's on about, but if you ask he'll clarify. Not a ton of writing, lets you do a lot of rewrites instead of more papers.

Very kind-hearted and wants to help his students. However, the papers are graded tough and he doesn't give much feedback. White does let you redo papers, which is nice.

He was a funny guy and the class was super laid back but there really wasn't much structure to it. The due dates always changed and the directions for papers were never that clear. For a WI class you really only have to right like three papers, but they're kind of tricky. Not an awful class but one you have to put some work into.

The professor is great, the class isn't. Was not organized well. Grade is based on a few quizzes that are TF and tricky wording, and a few papers that aren't explained well. Prof White is a really funny guy though and respectable.

Prof White is a cool guy overall. Don't expect to get much feedback or direction on papers, however he does offer redos. He used Nancy White's curriculum which he didn't even understand. It made the class more difficult. He's a cool guy, but really struggled teaching the class.

While he seems to be a tough grader on papers, he is a really nice guy and sometimes allows students to re-do their papers if everyone does poorly. He tries to be funny and understands that lectures may be boring. He wants his students to succeed. There a lot of in-class assignments, so attendance is a must.

Professor White was a cool guy. He only gave out quizzes and papers. The quizzes were open note and you get the notes from lectures. The quizzes were kind of tricky because they were mainly TF but if a lot of people missed questions he got rid of them. I didn't use the book once.

He was good. Quizzes are open-note and straight from the lectures. Easy to zone out during lectures, but sometimes they got interesting. If you take good notes, you'll get an A. Wouldn't recommend buying the textbook since quizzes are based completely off of the lectures.

Easiest class I have ever taken. Exact notes that he goes over in class are on blackboard and you write the notes from class on them. Then you are able to use the notes on every single exam. He cancelled class a lot and was very easy-going. Had a dry sense of humor and reminded me a lot of a nice grandpa. If you need an easy class take this one.

really funny guy, he takes attendance but i dont think he counts it towards your grade. you need the text book even though he makes his own notes, they're not always very clear. all quizzes are open note. very easy class

super easy class.u can turn crap in late all the time he dosen't care cuz hes late in gradeing all the time.hes canceled class like 5x.and there is like 4 weeks of class left.dont need the book unless u go to class everytime. he gave homework 1x, we actualy used the book then when he canceled class. hes a lawyer. so he talks abt the details of law

easiest teacher ever. if you go to class, he gives you fill in notes that you can use on the quizes. he always lets us out early. and has no problem letting you make up missed quizzes or letting you turn in an assignment 3 weeks late.
