Moye is an amazing teacher!He is strict, for example, he doesn't let late people come to class, but is very nice. He explains difficult math topics in a way anyone can understand. He not only teaches how to solve math problems but the history and how it was developed. Expect quizzes before the class period starts. And he warns you when test.

I took Liberal Arts Math 2 with Mr. Moye in the Fall of 2012. I've always had an easy time with math, and Mr. Moye made it even easier. I made 99 in his class because I had two small brain farts on tests. He explains things well and tests are easy. In my class, we did have a research paper. It's not a difficult assignment though.

Sooo freakin love Mr. Moye, Im taking his liberal arts math class just to be around him. I look forward to his class because you are going to laugh and learn at the same time...I just wish he would teach pre-calc and calc 1 so my life would be easier. &hearts Professor Moye!

Recently had him for liberalarts math 2. The class is easy but he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. he assumes that since its a libera arts class, "that you should have common sense". he seems not to like students to ask him question. punctuallity and attendance is a must. if you come to class just one minute late, he kick you out of class.

GREATEST TEACHER EVER!!! He really cares about his students learning what he is teaching. I've been to two universities and SFCC and I can tell you that very few professors even come close to Moye's teaching ability.

He rarely uses the book. He teaches the material and repeats it several times, then tests on it. I like this style because sometimes math books are confusing. He just simplifies it and gives it to you straight. He lets us out early a lot. Once he's done, he's done. Tests are no surprise, just be prepared. There is a research paper!

Had this guy for trig a few semesters back. Good teacher, but terrible at getting tests back in time. The only graded tests we ever saw were the first test, and the last one prior to the final. Seems to be a common problem among the sections he teaches.

I took a math class many years ago with Moye. He was good, I just didn't give a damn about college at the time. He is a very good teacher and he is funny. He hates it when you say a hundred. That stuck with me, I thought it was funny.
