Dr. Badgett is a real cool guy and is hilarious. He does his best to help you and you do learn a lot but the class is extremely hard and for most people is difficult to earn over a C. Study your butt off for every test... you will fail miserably if you don't.

His class isn't too hard. But he's so boring that sitting through the class was almost unbearable. He only stood up there and lectured at us from his notes. He couldn't pronounce anything with that southern drawl and stuttered tremendously. He gives you all the questions for the tests and "announced pop quizes". Pop quizes are extra credit

Honestly the worst professor/teacher i have had in my academic career. So unclear and jumps around so much. Speaks to fast, doesnt teach just rambles from the book. Class is passable but so unenjoyable that it becomes difficult due to lack of motivation from his boring teaching and lack of knowledge.

From previous students, I heard that Dr. Badgett's class is hard. Which turned out to be true. Study for the tests. He gives you what's going to be on the test from the book so look those up! But Dr. Badgett is such a nice man! Take the time to get to know him. :)

Everyone said that Dr. Badgett was the hardest professor in the building, and while they were correct he is also one of the most amazing professors I've had at SRU. He kept class interesting, was so funny, and was one of the nicest professors I've met. Yes his class is hard, BUT you will learn so much! Don't let that scare you away!

Dr. Badgett is an excellent teacher. His style is entire lecture but it's easy to understand and follow. 4 tests and 4 quizzes but the quizzes are 100% extra credit. Book was used only to find answers to the test, which he would give you EXACTLY what to study on the first day the chapters started. Spelled out everything and is all around fantastic.

Badgett is hysterical! He was so funny and not the *jerk* that I had read about on here before. His class is no easy A however. Be sure to take all the notes, and study like crazy for the tests, what he tells you is on them IS ON THEM lol. You need the book, but I had an old edition and was fine. Oh and come to every class because he gives bonus!

Don't listen to the people who rate him badly. If you actually study for the tests you'll be fine. Don't slack off and you will probably do well. The questions from the book aren't hard to find but you do have to read the book to find them. They don't just jump out at you like some people want them to. Great Prof., you'll learn a lot from him.

Dr. Badgett was the best! His notes are crystal clear as long as you pay attention. Tests were challenging but if you study diligently then you'll be fine. He gave us "pop" quizzes that counted for up to 10 extra credit points. Take him for this class because you'll learn the most from him compared to the other professors who teach the course!

Ed Measures is extremely hard with him. You learn a lot of material but his tests are nearly impossible. I took his wife for another class and got an A but he is opposite her and I got a C in his class. If you can, take his wife, but he is horrible. He only grades you on three tests, good luck!
