Comment:

I really enjoyed the class! It consisted of readings and then discussions based around that topic. Very engaging discussions! There was a lot of talk about gender which I found extremely interesting. The projects were short, fun, and not hard at all. No tests, only presentations. I would highly recommend this class.

Comment:

Professor Wolf is an amazing professor and I would take Divas and Muses all over again if I could. The class was a little disorganized at first, but even then it still wasn't too bad. Little to no writing, the class is more participation based. As long as you have something to say about the readings and actually put in effort, it's a great class

Comment:

Prof Wolf's Diva course has been fun. It is primarily readings for homework and then discussions in class. The rest of the assignments included video journals (that didn't have to be turned in), small presentations on just about anything you want, and the final is another presentation. The only criticism is sometimes it was a little disorganized.

Laurie is the queen. Class is easy and the subject material is interesting. No papers and a few projects for which you can choose your own topic. We spend the whole class watching clips and videos. Super Fun. Laurie is love. Laurie is Life.

Dr. Wolf is one of the sweetest people. She is very enthusiastic and kind. This was her first time teaching this course. Though she could be a bit disorganized, I think that was more about the new design of this course then her. Over all, she is wonderful, kind, and very sweet. Recommend

I think this was a bad year for her. Her voice is quiet so it's hard to hear. Also she was very mean to a student in our class, was paying attention but is one of the quiet ones who don't like to talk. A lot of times wolf doesn't end up answering your questions completely, and we still have no idea about our project.

Well, going in I had seen that she had great reviews. It turns out she's actually a pretty nasty teacher. She criticized me for being online, while I was taking notes and audionotes during her class. So moral of the story, don't bring a computer or you will be yelled at in front of your peers.

If they ever make 329 a GER4 it will be the most popular class on campus. Laurie is just about the nicest person in the history of existence and will not only be your favorite professor, but, if you attend office hours, will also be your best friend. Her one fault is her love of tangents and silliness, so "Captain Studious" people might freak.

it is a crime not to take a class with her. I loved every second in that class. She is one of the most interesting and stimulating professors ever. She is there because she wants to teach, not because she has to be. Enjoy that!

A very smart, open and fun professor. Probably the best in the theater department. She gets to know her students and is so reasonable and easy to talk to. I've taken two classes with her, and i've learned a ton.

Professor Wolf is one of the best in the theatre department. She knows SO MUCH and is a great teacher. Her class is fun and challenging. I totally recommend her!!!
