Comment:

Agreed on the ambiguous paper assignments. I did average in this class (I did miss a couple lectures) I didn't think she was too knowledgable, I found that she mostly just read from the slides, and never ONCE was able to finish an entire slideshow in the alloted time, less tangents and stupid stories & maybe we would have gotten through them all!?

Comment:

Alot of in class work, so if you don't go to class then you'll get a C like I did when I probably should've gotten an A. Tests were hard but you can make up the points through in class work, quizzes, and papers (which saved my grade). Overall, nice lady and very knowledgeable. The lectures are long but very understandable and relatable.

Dr. Ford is a tough grader. Test's were open book but they were the hardest open book test's I have ever taken! She is a tough grader but a fair professor. She is willing to help and answer any questions that a student may have. Her lectures could be pretty boring at times.

I thought this was an easy class, there were 3 easy papers, the test were okay, there were group quizes on the readings, i got an A but some people found it harder. She tries to give a lot of examples to help us understand the material. The lectures seemed long.

I loved this course. I learned a lot, and most of the material could be directly applied to life. I enjoyed the use of personal examples as illustrators for course material and found Dr. Ford to be a wonderful help.

She has really great stories and gets to know her class by name. She is really nice. Class is not difficult. I feel like I am in 5th grade again. I would take her for this class. No attendence policy, but going to class could help out your grade in the end.
