very inspiration man, but talks too much and is very repetitive about what he teaches. Sometimes its a good class, but sometimes he can talk and talk and forget about time. Easy if you do all your work and go to class.

hes awesome he halarious i love him i love him i love him!!! by far my favorite professor at the school. hes understanding of ur time. its ans easy A. hes so insperatinal on his speaches he will not fail in making you feel at home he as hands down the grandpa everyone wishes they had.

Dr. Leo is simply amazing. He tells lots of stories and at first they may seem like they don't have any relevance to what you need to learn from the class but he always ties it in with what the textbook is teaching you. He teaches his students to take initiative and he helps connect you with your roots and cultural background. Highly recommend him.

One of the best professors out there. Very inspirational. He will help you get out of your comfort zone. I would definitely take his CLA courses again. Highly recommend this course and professor if you are having trouble identifying yourself in the college environment.

Leo is the BEST professor in Chemeketa so far. He inspires everybody in the class to do something to help our community and to be involved in it. He makes you feel the "fire", the motivation in learning about your roots. He is awesome. I will pass on what I learned in these classes to my familia. I truly recommend this class!!

Good Day. This class is not easy, yes the readings are simple and attending is easy but It takes you to your core and an immense amount of self discovery is immersed. This is the hard part, letting go of what it is that never allowed you to bring out. It is truly a cultural journey and it is COMPLETELY WORTH IT. You deserve it. Tu Sabes!

Hoestly one of the best teachers i have ever had. he is very passionate about teaching others culture and the importance of keeping your customs. Truly an Inspiration. If interested In Chicano Latino Studies you have to take his class and make sure to start from 201 even though its not required.

Dr.Leo is the most inspiring person I have ever met. He wants you to learn the history, but he wants you to FEEL it more. Put your two cents into the quizzes and reflections and use different things to corroborate your ideas in your reflection paper and you are good. Very easy A if you're into it

I took CLA 201, 202 & 203. I have grown so much from taking Dr. Rasca's classes. He is a phenomenal teacher with so much passion and knowledge. He pushes you to be a better student & help the people. Took CLA 201,202, and 203 with him and would take more if possible. He is a very passionate man who loves his job and is always hoping to keep youth in education.
