Professor Abramson is a fantastic professor! He cares about his students so much and you will learn a lot in his class. His exams are tough. However, taking one if his classes is absolutely worth it.

The absolute best professor I have EVER had. I don't think it is possible for a professor to care more about his students. He is tough, but he's also unbelievably helpful. He is a breath of fresh air in the stuffy law school atmosphere. Funny and very knowledgable...he wrote the civ pro book.

Absolutely the best. Not only has he written on just about every legal topic imaginable, but he can explain it very clearly as well. He's also extremely accommodating: whether it's going over material outside of the classroom or helping plan your schedule. I took classes I had no interest in just so I could take him for a teacher. It was worth it!

My favorite professor. I had him for CivProI&II and CrimProI and he's thorough, witty, helpful and knowledgeable. Exams are difficult but his office hours are excellent and he will give you supplements if you need them to prepare. He hates unprepared students so do your reading and use office hours

If you put in the effort you do well. I'm not sure about a lot of the questions on the exam, I felt like I did well and got a C, but with an open book test you need to study a lot more than you think. He has high expectations for understanding material and will get easily pissed if you don't know the material when called upon.

I never missed a class, made a's, b's, and some c's in law school, and I got a D with him. (I was all A's prior to law school but I cared a little less in law school. This class held my attention though.) I learned a lot, but BE READY for his finals. Consider yourself warned.
