The first day, she didn't show up. She is late, at least 5-10 minutes most of the times. It's a concentrated summer class and she dismiss the class in half time. The day of the text... she is in vacation. Some respect and care for the class???? I'm speechless.

Took it Fall '06. She's a good teacher. Nice, although intimidating at times. Speeches weren't that hard or that bad, even though I absolutely HATE talking in front of strangers. Just do what you have to do, practicipate, and DO NOT do anything that does NOT relate to her class, in her class. She'll call you out in front of the class.

Professor Koch (pronouced Cook) is by far one of the sweetest professors I have ever had.If you dont like giving speeches take her,she makes you feel so comfortable.The speeches are mandatory,but you have ample time to get themm done.There is no way you cannot pass this class with an A.2 test,2 speeches and a bunch of Impromptus which are so easy!!

She does create a comfortable atmosphere for those who don't like talking in front of people. However,if you ever need to, it is very difficult to get in touch with her. She has quite a few class requirements for simply a general education class.

Great teacher! At first I was not too happy about having to give speeches, but she created a great atmosphere so the speaking days actually became fun! She's a very happy person and her class is not boring at all. Highly recommend her!

Good teacher. There are a good number of tests and quizzes. She is willing to help you out when you need it. This is not a class where you can be late and just take the "easy" tests.

She is really nice but a little to happy. She is one of those chipper people that just make you gag. Class is demanding. Lots os quizzes that are one liners out of the book,lots of reading,and 2 majors speechs. All in All it is passable, just show up!
