One of the most essential professors in my entire education. He's a really chill individual like no other (if you follow his rules). He's strict but only because he wants his student to reach their highest potential. His class isn't hard. He's focused on improving his students writing skills. I highly recommend his class.

This professor has changed my life. His class has enhanced my writing skills profoundly. His class may be difficult but as long as you attend and participate you will succeed. He really cares about his students and wants you to understand the material. To sum it all up, he has all the characteristics all professors should have.

Gonzalez is VERY everywhere and seems like he never knows where he's going with assignments. He talks a lot about personal life and doesn't really teach much. Very strict on attendance, formatting, and deadlines, but if you follow instructions and turn in your work you should be fine.

Dr. Gonzalez's class is easy, just don't get distracted or it will reflect on your grade. I think Dr. Gonzalez is a very smart and sweet guy, perhaps a little too sensible that he could get offended easily. He's there to help you if you need his help. His lectures are interesting and he's somewhat funny, despite his dark sense of humor. He's great.

Dr. Gonzalez was a joy to have this semester. Originally I thought I was not doing too well in his class. I had to rewrite almost every paper that I turned in. He is not difficult at all, show up on time, do your work and if you feel you are struggling then his door is always open. I thought he was a great influence on my writing.

I'm sad to say that this man is a genuinely a bad person. I could personally say I had the wrong perception of him. I thought his attitude was just an act, I then realized that it wasn't. His negative perception of life and others, and his refusal to see the good in anyone or anything saddens me, as this is only a true reflection of his inner self.

Don't take his class unless you don't mind listening to him talk about his personal life endlessly. For example, his ex wives, children, etc. He also likes to belittle students by telling them just how much smarter and richer he is than them. His job should be to educate, not humiliate, and in the process emphasize his insecurity.

Took English 101 Spring 2015 . I hated him so much in the begin. He made sure you know what you were doing and made sure you did right! In total there were 4 essays, 1 one book report, and 1 extra credit assignment. I had to do many revisions for the essays. It really annoying. If your dedicated in school, do what he says.
