Comment:
Assigns students into groups and makes them present a powerpoint weekly FOR THE ENTIRE SEMESTER. Takes forever to respond back to emails and has weekly "quizzes" that are just kahoots for extra credit. If you have a sucky group you will do all the work for the entire semester. Includes a 10-page research paper. He gives an attendance grade.

Does not know anything about what he is teaching and gives an unreasonable amount of work. The work is usually easy, but so pointless, which is what makes it annoying. Hates phones being used in class too. I took this at 8am and I regret it more than anything. Do not take this professor.

He is a very nice teacher but his lab instructions are a bit confusing at times. Not real clear and even when I followed them exactly he wouldn't give a perfect grade and not sure why. Also tests questions can be tricky. If you are proficient in Office 2007 and computers you will do fine online. If you think you need help- take this on campus.

I took the class online. The discussions and labs were easy. However, the tests were not always what he advised us to study.

WORST teacher I have ever had. Critical of students; left the country during semester and left no one in charge of class (online); unclear prep for test and tests unclear; he is AWFUL -- do not take a class under him!!!

The reviews do not prep you well for the exams. Also, some of the questions on the exams leave too much room for error. The result of this is that the average grades of the class are not that great. But, for the most part, it's not a bad class.

Prof. Peterson is not hard, but his questions on his exams are not always clear and leave some room for misinterpretation. Also, there were a few conflicts in assigning one chapter, bu listing the pages for another. Otherwise, he was pretty okay.
