Comment:

Good and interesting class. None of the work is too hard, sometimes a little annoying though (discussion boards). I didn't study for the tests and did fine, using the textbooks, internet, and my common sense. Solid choice of a class, go for it.

Comment:

I took this class after reading the reviews about Professor Gluch. All the comments about the meticulous tests are TRUE. I made long and detailed study guides and was barely able to pull an 85 on my tests, you HAVE to read. Other than the extremely difficult tests, he is a great teacher. But if you're not a good test taker, avoid this class.

AVOID!!! His tests are extremely meticulous and difficult! You have to read each chapter word by word in order to get an A. AND you only get 55 minutes for a 70-80 question test. Ridiculous. If you want an easy (not even A) B then do not take this class. Oh, and your peers pretty much determine your discussion board grade!

Class was not difficult at all. Tests are a little hard since the time given is pretty short (usually 55 minutes for 70-80 questions) but totally doable. I looked forward to reading for this class because it was inspirational and actually helped a lot with my anxiety. There are two books and both are mandatory for passing.

There is a TON of reading in Dr. Gluch's class, but it's all very usefulpractical. Try the audiobook of his text; it alleviates a lot of the pain. Tests are no joke - pay attention to details in the texts. All in all, the class is super useful and very helpful for all aspects of life. Definitely worth taking; easy A if you follow directions.

Professor Gluch is an excellent educator. His assignments are clear, the material is relevant, and he is extremely helpful. This was one of the best courses I've taken throughout my academic career. The material is extremely practical, especially for business. One word of advice: don't underestimate his tests. Study and know the material.

Took this online or easy upper GE requirement. Just a great guy. Probably the easiest class you can take at CSUF. The material is actually very useful and you learn a lot of insightful stress management skills. Don't underestimate the tests, although they are straight from the book. If you get the chance to take this class, DO IT!

EASY A/B!!! Easiest class I've taken at CSUF. Just complete the assignments and thats it. No tests, nothing to stress about. Teacher is helpful, and subject is applicable to everyday life. Manage your stress and take this course. Good online, and good in summer to knock out a quick upper GE requirement.

This is great class! If you want to take this class, I recommend you take it during summer (online) because there aren't too many work involved, no tests just weekly posts on db and a few assignments reflecting on yourself and your life. Easy A for sure, but still insightful and you actually learn something. Highly recommend!

if you have an opinion, don't take his class. though he's easy he doesn't like to be challenged. if you're late you get marked down. I didn't like the class at all. I don't recommend unless it's online - he'd be easy online but not in the classroom.

This guy is the best, seriously! Don't take him if you feel like slacking off; he is all about accountability and taking responsibility--awesome for you if you are serious about learning the material! This stuff will change your life, and he's there to help. DEFINITELY worth the challenge if you want a stress-free life!
