I agree with the previous poster. She made everything our class do seem very easy, so when the final came, it was difficult. Overall though, she is not a bad teacher. She was very soft spoken and her voice made me want to sleep sometimes.

Comment:

She taught a lot out of the text book, it wasn't worth it to show up to a lot of the classes. She is nice and helpful. Compared to the other sections of Latin 101, our class was babied, we weren't expected to do anything higher level. This made the final exam (which was shared with all sections) difficult. I would not recommend taking her for 101.

Nice prof who knows a lot about what she is teaching. The explanations she gives on the text in class is very helpful so it is beneficial to attend class. Keep up with the readings and youll be fine. Her exams are short and long answer, so you get a chance to write all you know. She is an extremely easy marker and loves giving part marks!

She's a nice person and she does her best, but I found it really hard to keep up in her class. The pace was very fast, if it was all I had to do I would have been fine, but trying to keep up with your other classes and hers was really difficult. She does tell you what you need to know, so it's merely a matter of how fast you can memorize.

She is a really good prof, top notch. She'll help you with essay topics and if you hand it in early she'll give you a chance to revise it. I raised my essay mark by 12%! She's funny and she really knows her material. She speaks Latin too! One of the best profs I've ever had!

AWESOME PROF!! She's REALLY helpful when it comes to giving you ideas for your papers etc. Just make sure you go to class because it helps ALOT especially if you don't have time to do all the readings.

Super nice prof. She knows her stuff and her tests are straight forward. Lectures are interesting, but her stories blend into one another so you have to be paying close attention to realize when she switches topics. Loved her class!

She's a fantastic prof. You can definitely tell that she loves what she's teaching. This course is a lot of fun. Just make sure to do the readings. And have plenty of paper because you can end up taking a lot of notes. She's very willing to help and her exams are usually easy as long as you study.
