Absolutely awful. The most rude professor I have ever met. Enjoys insulting his students and his TA. Avoid if you can.

Mock Midterms and Final Exams are based on the practice questions he posts. The content is not easy at all but is doable based on repetitively doing all the quiz questions and practice questions he posts. Clickers will help your grade. His slides are quite content-heavy and is a dull lecture experience since he reads directly from them.

midterm and exam are both very easy if you do the practice questions he gives you. There is a 2500 word paper thats kind of annoying to write and quizes that take a bit of time to do but overall pretty easy course to get an A in

The course break-down, clicker, 2x midterms, 9x online quizzes worth 10%, Final exam. You don't need a textbook his slides are more than enough. Do all the practice question he posted and the mock midterms, his midterms are pretty much exactly the same. Also go to class, it helps a lot, the course material is not easy, but do-able.

Really nice guy. Enthusiastic lectures make learning some pretty complex math enjoyable. Tests are extremely fair but the quizzes are hard.

If you don't like to do work, his classes are not for you. You must work for ever mark in his class. His slides are very detailed and filled with examples. He is very willing to help as long as you show interest in the subject and get to know him. Overall, not an easy teacher, but with effort you will do fine.

I'm second year now, but he was definitely one of the best profs I've had to date. Lots of clicker questions kept me engaged and I easily ended with a 12.0, definitely recommended.

He makes you feel uncomfortable in the class when he refuses to answer a question that you have about the course concepts. He will call you out in front of your peers. I switched out ASAP after that happened. He is knowledgeable but not the most willing to help you when you are struggling. You also cant have your slides on a laptop in his class.

This prof is one of the worse prof I have had. He has rules that don't make any sense and certainly does not care about his students. His help is useless, don't ever take his classes

No need to go to class I went to another professors, Jefferson teaches stuff not even covered on exams and makes no sense. It is better to teach it to yourself from the textbook. Also, no laptops.

He knows what he's talking about but he sounds very sarcastic sometimes and sort of bored with the class in a condescending way, which makes the lectures less enjoyable. However, his iClicker questions are good practice to see if you really understand concepts as you go

The International Trade course was genuinely interesting. He moved quickly through the material but would gladly explain concepts again if I asked. He is VERY knowledgeable. His exams were fair every time. He used clicker questions effectively during lectures.

His lectures are so boring. I personally don't think he is allowed to teach this course because he uses materials that are way beyond this level. The pre-req for this course is only 101 but he does dynamic optimization and uses integration and derivative frequently. I'm not saying it's hard but students are mostly expecting environmental materials.

He makes me hate econ. His PowerPoints have way too much information, a lot is irrelevant to what you need to know and he reads right off the ppt. He also asks people if they have any questions and when people ask questions, he basically makes you feel stupid and doesn't give a clear response.
