Lets just say, I stink at math. I've never been good at it, but I have to say I've never had a professor who just can't get something through to me. I've tried to understand her ways of teaching but it's near impossible if you really struggle with this subject.

Ms. Fenton is cool. She does not count attendance as a grade, but she notices if students are not present, so DO NOT SKIP CLASS. Take her class. She will call on you to answer questions in class, so be prepared to speak when called upon. Oh! Show all of your work on tests! Memorize all formulas early in the semester! She cares.

I had prof Fenton for algebra. She lectures over everything you need to know, but moves very quickly and if you slow her down she will make you feel dumb for asking a question. If you pay attention, show up for class, and do the homework its an easy A.

I had professor Fenton for College Algebra. She made all the concepts very clear and worked through problems in a very thorough manner. She always makes time for questions and will work with anyone who is having trouble with the material.

She's interesting... Like everyone else said, she'll make you feel dumb if you slow her down with questions, but she is still willing to help. She's very understanding if you're respectful but I wouldn't exactly recommend her. If you are semi good at math and pay attention for the most part, you should be okay though.

Professor Fenton saved my bacon more than once. I took her for College Algebra, math and I don't mix very well. I made a D my first time through, B in the maymester course. She is a wonderful teacher and always tries to help her students. If you have problems you can't be afraid to speak up. She also gives partial credit in maymester course! :)

Professor Fenton is brilliant. Her class was very hard for me though. I felt like she had a very difficult time getting across what she was teaching. She starts a point and then changes it 2 or 3 times before she gets it sorted out in her mind. She's sweet and helpful though.

I took Prof. Fenton for Math 1410 and I struggle with math. She is very sweet but she is very confusing when she tries to teach. She got upset when we asked questions and when I asked for help she made me feel stupid. I did not enjoy her class and wouldn't recommend her.

This was the second time I had taken College Algebra. Previously I had scored a C, with Prof Fenton I recieved an A. I really enjoyed her class, she took the time to explain things well and she had patience with everyone in the class.

I had Fenton for Math 1410. It was basically the online class with class time. We did everything online. Never used my book, so just get the online code. I do not struggle in math, so I did fine. I know others that really did struggle and she really helped them. She's a little socially awkward, but still nice. I would take her again.

I am actually good at math so I did not struggle in this class. I did my assignments and that was all I had to do. Never had to study. I know others that struggled and she really worked with them so they would understand and make a good grade. Her social skills are a little off, but she is really nice. I would take her again.

I had her for College Algebra this summer and she was wonderful. I have never been good at math and she would explain it to me until I understood. She is very serious about math, but I think it's awesome that my MATH teacher likes MATH:) She's very sweet and a great teacher.

I had Fenton for 1410 and Johnson for 1420 and I have to say Johnson is way better. Fenton gets lost in mid sentence. A LOT. She seems to be nice, but lacks social skills. Her tests are hard even when she gives a study guide. I am in no way trying to talk about her bad. I just believe Johnson is way better at teaching the subject.

She is a nice lady.. but she's sort of hard to understand.. and really scatterbrained... I truly think she wants her students to pass... but she isn't exactly easy to understand.. and her tests are difficult. Especially since she teaches the new lesson right before the test on the last chapter.. it makes it confusing..

Shes super sweet and wants to help but shes a bit scatterbrained. Did not let me make up a test when i missed for illness so be careful about that and make sure you talk to her when you have to miss.

I don't really have a problem with her its just that she teaches in a very weird way, and different from what I've been taught prior. And she treats college algebra like its THE most important class you will ever take. I wouldn't take her again..

She's a nice lady but she's not the best teacher. She gets off track and kind of bounces around in her lessons. Each question on her tests count for a ridiculous amount of points. She also seems like one of those people who let things build up then will explode on you. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't take her.
