Lectures are very boring and you stay on one topic the whole time but are expected to know everything he didn't go over for hw and quizzes. Gets mad when no one knows answer to his hard questions. Does not put grades up at all. iClickers are on material list but he doesnt know how to use them, so dont get unless needed for other courses.

This online class was not organized well, the lectures did not help with the assignments. I understand if the professor wants forward thinking but he wanted so much more than what he gave. Also, did not have a lot of room for growth, if you make one mistake good luck for the rest of the semester.

He's a nice and smart professor, but the structure of the course was a bit unorganized, all over the place and boring. The syllabus says quizzes every week, but he only gave one throughout the semester. Then there is one exam, forty percent of your grade. A group project and a huge paper. You do bad, you fail. You do well, you're guaranteed an A.

Never gotten below an A- in any econ class before this one. Very nice guy but lectures are not organized what so ever. I found it more useful to just read the book than go to class.

He is a professor who is not enthusiastic about the course. He confuses his students along with himself. He is ill-mannered at times and can be condescending. However, he does curve grades. This is a fair warning.

Extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly smart. One of the nicest men you'll ever meet. Lectures are hard to follow, so make sure to pay attention. If you try, and do the homework's, as well as participate in class, he'll make sure you receive a good grade.

This guy is very smart. He's willing to help and he can explain it well if you want to listen. If you think micro is too hard and you hate him because of your own insecurities, then you won't do well. If you try and listen to his lectures, he makes it a very manageable class.

You would expect a 300 level to present new material and be somewhat interesting to take. 3 weeks in we're still talking about basic Econ principles you learn in high school. If you are an Econ major this will be the easiest / most boring class you can take. It's frustrating that he teaches the class as if we were in 2nd grade.

If you have problems, just go to his office hours and he can help you. Class is very boring and test is very hard, but don't worry, other students do bad. Also, he can curb your grade.

Class is somewhat interesting. never really takes attendance. Tests are very hard. multiple choice with choices A-D sometimes even E. 5 choices that all sound very similar. and then you have to write 4 short essays. only a few people in my class did well. you then have one large group project and a few hw essays.

Economics is difficult and especially international finance. Dr. Atri is really helpful and funny though, if there is ever a time you don't understand anything he will take the time to meet wiht you and sort things out. The material itself can be pretty boring and Atri doesn't really jazz it up but it's not all bad. Major curve is a plus.

Atri is a great guy but he is very hard to understand. If you take him just read the books and go to his office hours, he will always talk to you about things and explain them! Has 2 tests, quizzes once a week or so, and a group project. Tests and project are worth 80% of the grade so beware that messing up on one could hurt you badly!

Atri is a pretty good teacher. Once he figures out what you are asking he explains it just fine. The material is really hard, and it gets really boring for a night class. Attendance isnt required. Tests-hw is all hard, but he is a fair grader. Not a breeze through elective, more like one for people who actually want to learn the material.

Sad to say it, but he was a very unclear and boring teacher. He's a very nice guy and laid back, but I took this class as a night class and it was terrible to sit though. The material shouldn't have been presented as difficult as it was, but if you read the book and teach yourself you'd probably be better off.
