Easy class but useless. All we did was watch movies and read books. No in class discussion at all. Quizzes were super easy and tests were too. If you read the books and watch the movies you'll get an A. If you want to learn something, take another class.

Whoever said he was hot obviously saw him a long time ago. He is a great professor who will go over what you need, you really just need to be vocal about what you don't understand. Is almost always available somewhere around campus. Recommended if you are willing to go get help!

Comment:

One of the nicest professors at Xavier, very relaxed atmosphere. Keeps you on your toes with lots of vocab quizzes and almost nightly translation assignments. He sometimes goes over subjects too fast but ask him to review and he will. Also, he doesn't always test over what he says he will so study everything to be safe. Recommended.

He is so easy...I have never had such an easy teacher before. He is so nice and he will help you whenever. He is funny, even though the class is boring, but latin is a dead language (but don't tell him that). Trust me take his class!

I HATE LATIN!!! Burnsie is one hot mofo... if it weren't for his hotness I don't think I would have taken this class... At times his good looks was very distracting, but wow that hour goes by so fast. Lady to lady, For an A you must perform A work, I mean, must DO A work.

Professor Burns is really cool and keeps the class light in what is at times a monotonous subject. Quizzes are a breeze and exams are managable provided you study. He's always willing to help in his office. Only gripe is we had a bad textbook (Wheelocks) to work with. Knows a lot of pop culture too!
