Comment:

Dr. Ndon is one of the most jovial professors I've ever had. He provides all the notes and contains all the necessary info to succeed in the class. Though, I recommend reading the book to gain a deeper grasp of the material. Ndon's grader is rough, though Ndon himself is lenient. The material is not complicated and the workload is light.

Very unorganized, late to class every day. I learned more from the TA in my lab. Notes are hard to decipher and contain mistakes. Lectures are a waste of time.

This class is easy, but professor is horrible at explaining and a lazy, unfair grader. He is even worse when you try to contact him for any issue whether it be class related or advising related. His jokes are not funny at all. Grab the handout and leave the class, fortunately for you, the handout does a better job of explaining than he does.

Comment:

His knowledge of the subject is extensive, Dr. Ndon,has never tried to implement dialogue in the class setting. In addition,last semester he was between 15-20 minutes late to every lecture without exception, which in a 50 min class, leaves no time other than straight lecture. Furthermore, his TA for labs English language skills was not sufficient.

Comment:

Dr Ndon is an excellent teacher. His concern and natural interest for this subject is displayed by his teaching methods. I took this class the first time they offered it and I would recommend it to anyone else that is interested engineering for the environment. His tests and grading is extrememely fair. I would definetly recommend it.

His a good teacher, but doesn't like to give lot's of A's so don’t expect an A even if you get A's on all you midterms and hw and lab, because the final is very hard and because of that most of the grades drop.

Dr Ndon is very clear in his lectures. He makes the material seem easy and the exams are relevant to what is taught in lecture. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that might need to take this class.

Dr Ndon is a very good man who is concerned for his students at most times. He is very open-minded towards the students and their requirements. He is also a very open-minded person in terms of testing. Being that he is very smart, he sometimes gives exams that are hard,but he makes up for it later.

After having just taken the EIT exam, I can say that CE 170 was very helpful. The class was conducted very well--the lectures were clear and understandable. Dr. Ndon was always accessible and willing to help. Overall, I enjoyed the class very much.
