Comment:

HW consisted of helpful lecture videos and about 6 practice questions. The textbook aligns with the questions, but if you ever get stuck Professor's an email away. Besides that we review Power Points in class. There were 4 exams and the lowest test score dropped. Be respectful and alert, he'll call on you to make sure you're caught up. He's great!

You would need to attend to class and participate but he is always there to help you whenever you need (even outside class). Do not talk in class. If you do the online homework assigned you will pass the test. He says what is going to be on the test as well. He gives you the powerpoint printed so you won't need a notebook

Not bad, not great. I understood the material relatively easily, but the homework was not at all what was on the tests, which made them hard to study for. Memorize the powerpoints and you'll be good. Getting an A is not that hard, just keep up w online hw/videos, show up and participate in class. He really cares about helping students understand.

He was outstanding during my summer class of Principles of Finance. He was very timely and concise with his answers to my questions. AND he's VERY understanding when you make mistakes. This is my 3rd class with him.

Worst professor, he teaches 100% from the book, the only thing you do in class is go over the powerpoints he has that are from the book publishing company so if you don't understand the material in the book you will not pass. Plus he decided to no longer make tests open booknote because people wanted to bring in computers. Tests are impossible

Difficult online class and subject matter. Prof very helpful. Use the forums to ask questions about everything you don't understand. Prof very approachable. I have taken as many classes as possible with him.

Professor Fagan finds interest in what he teaches there is no question about that, however he is very sensitive and takes offense to whatever you may do wrong. I did not enjoy Fagan as a teacher at all the homework took very long and although his tests were open note they were IMPOSSIBLE. Bottom line is I would not take this teacher again.

Very ignorant teacher. Takes offense to a lot of questions asked. He is not helpful on how to study for exams. Exams are open note but are extremley hard due to the fact they are questions never went over in class. If you are seeking in not learning and gettinbad grades than fear not this is the class for you.

Worst teacher I have ever took. Does not curve tests. Teaches right from the book. I regret ever taking this class. If you are looking to not learn and get bad grades than fear not this is the class for you.

I took his online class and it was really good if you are interested in Accounting. The subject is hard so be prepared to work. Homework every week, 2 tests and one report is required during the class. Just keep up with it. He is extremely helpful, fair, and really cares about his students. I would take a class with him again!

I hated the class, but he was a really nice guy and made the material easy to understand. As long as you keep up with the MyMathLab stuff and use the tools at your disposal you will do fine. Everything is open book/notes. He was helpful and a good teacher, just taught a horrible class.

A professor who really cares about his students! I fell behind and he gave me a call to see if everything was ok with me. Not many professors would do that. Tax Acct is a tough class but Prof.Fagan is there when you need him. Take his class, you will not be disappointed.
