Professor Hwu is an amazing lecturer. He is a professor who cares deeply about students' understanding of the material. Attending his lectures improves your understanding of the material tenfold. He builds onto every concept he teaches in class so be sure to listen to everything he says!

Fantastic lecturer who explains material very clearly and relates it to real world examples. He teaches a wide range of material that is actually useful for future engineers. My favorite professor in four years of ECE by far.

The lecture is not the best, but is definitely worth to go and listen. His knowledge of history of computer is surprisingly profound and that actually helps understanding the present concept. The only bad thing about this professor is that he is not often teaching classes.

A very good instructor! Brings a lot of actual experience from Intel and AMD with him. Very good teaching, and his accent is brilliant. He's one of the most known researchers in his area BTW. Totally recommended!
