He is a super nice prof willing to help, but very hard to follow and understand. Dont be afraid to ask questions or you will have a hard time. He is committed to helping you though.Be sure to attend class, take notes, and help from the math center, you will need it! I would recommend him if you are strong in math, if not may be a bit hard.

Professor Ameur only teaches during the summer. His class is very easy, but the subject is difficult. Sweet guy, but very hard to understand. Concepts are introduced every day, so if you don't understand, you're going to have issues later in the semester. Be prepared to get oustide tutoring. HW is optional. One take-home, one exam uses notecard.

Prof. Ameur is great. We had only one take home test. But he teaches at the students pace. If the class is asking questions about the subject matter he will not move on until they have it. Homework is not a must. He gives homework just for practice. For now he only teaches at Valencia in the summer. No big deal if you miss class either. Good Luck!!

One of THE best professors at Valencia! The first day of class he said you'll get at least a C. There's 4 takehome tests (final included) with a midterm and project. He's a really chill professor and will answer questions if you ask. Attendance isn't mandatory and you can miss a week and he'll only take off 5%! Take him! (he only teaches in summer)

This guy is the best, I mean i hate math but i ended up with an A in the course. The best teacher at Valencia, hes extremely smart. Any people who left negative comments are hella dumb, he give 4 take home tests and an easy project. Very easy to get an A just attend every class And listen.

Dr. Ameur is highly motivated and very knowlageable. He explains the lessons using life examples not the rubbish from the book. He shows where math is needed in the workplace.I now know what is a quadratic function and I see it everywhere I go. Thanks to him I am using math words in my daily conversation

Highly intelligent mathematician. I was dreading this class because Im bad at math. Everything is explained well and teacher has real concern for students and understand your in a calc class and does not expect you to know it already. You will learn calc with this teacher. All HW is graded. Gives review for quizzes and exams. Hard not too pass

His class is not that bad. I took it in a 6 week term and I am not at all a strong math student and am coming out with an 87%. He has an accent so sometimes it may sound as though he is mumbling but he is willing to stay after class and help students. He also gives take home test and tests that you can work in with everyone in class :-) Take him!

not as nice as he acts.tries to make u think he is really cool but he's not.at the end of the semester u will be really dissapointed i swear becouse he doesn't understand at all that at the end we are just his students but he expects us to know as much as he does and even though u will go every single class for 2hrs for12 weeks he will still fail u
