I am taking an English class online and she's very rude with responses to assignments. Instead of being encouraging and helpful she just treats you like your stupid and didn't read her assignment well. She also sends the longest emails, she needs to concentrate more on encouraging her students to learn instead of trying to be so difficult.

Amy is probably an easier teacher compared to the others. If you shut your mouth and act smart you will get an A. I believe that she grades peoples speeches according to how you act to her and other peoples. Shes very judgmental. If you do all the speech and come to class you will get a c easily

COD STUDENTS: I've had the unfortunate experience of taking Campbell's class. Most of the class dropped; the remaining students was thoroughly disatisfied with her. Read the positive comments below. I have it on good accord that Campbell is so pathetic that she posted these ratings on herself. Do yourself a favor and find another speech teacher.

I was dreading the Speech class, but Amy made it almost a pleasure. I saw no strictness or micromanaging, and actually thought she was a very easy grader, with lots of extra-credit opportunities on top of that. I highly recommend her.

Comment:

Summer 2005- This teacher was very awesome. She knew what she was talking about and could answer any question you had. Despite it being horrible speech class the teacher made the time go quick and almost always let us out of class early. The speeches were fairly painless and she let you choose a topic of interest to you. I highly recommend her!

I don't know what some of the people rating her are talking about! Mrs. Campbell was awesome, and she was pregnant! Meaning she wasn't moody or anything. I had an enjoyable experience and although I hate speech, I didn't mind coming to her class. I also was in her fast paced summer class and still thought it went well. (Summer 2005)

Spring 2005: Nearly impossible to earn a good grade with Campbell. She just destroys the motivation of the students. Seemed to not have any concept of the subject matter. Poor communicator and often treated students rudely. Many in the class dropped; remaining students often didn't show up. Just a horrible experience.

Quite a difficult teacher to deal with, micromanages the grades and is very stingy when it comes to grading. Even though she gives extra credit for lab excersises, but there is so much one can do. Be careful if you sign up for this calss, I would not recommend her if you are trying to get good grades.

Spring 2005 Ms. Campbell was excellent. How many teachers are actually enthusiastic about the subject they teach? Ms. Campbell was and I enjoyed her class for that very reason.

Mrs. Campbell was such a sweet teacher I loved going to the class. Her lectures did take up a large portion of class but there were never any tests, just speeches. And she gave extra credit! Who does that anymore?

This teacher is very helpful and makes the class a ton of fun! She doesn't lecture the entire time like a lot of my teachers. I would highly recommend her. We even had a party the last day of class.
