His gold tasks for extra credit are so hard. All other parts of the course are easy if understand the concepts in the textbook and solve the problems from the mastering physics homework and textbook.

The class was about nanotechnology and energy. It was easy, entertaining. The professor was very helpful and nice. There was a final project, which helped to get new perks and knowledge.

This professor really tries to go out of his way and help students but does not know how to teach physics to students and I had to self-study the material. He curves a lot on these tests since a lot of people failed these tests. Expect to self study a lot! Got an A+ because of YouTube videos and curves and not because of his lectures

I agree he was not the best professor at teaching the material properly to where the students understand but he cares about students doing well so changed test time from 1 1/2 hr to 2 1/2 hours with two attempts on each question. He allows a cheat sheet. The class is 100%- 80%: two exams, 20%: HW. EXTRACREDIT OPPORTUNITY UPTO 60%. Do extracredit.

You are guaranteed to get fked no matter which professor you get for PHYS 2325. Dr. Zakhidov is your best bet at getting an A+. Make sure to do the bonus at every lecture (adds to your final grade) and the 4 challenge quests. (each quest. adds 10% to your final grade). This man's curves are high af, 50 A-. Everyone who is salty did not work hard.

do not take him. you can tell he wants his students to do well, but he's so hard to understand and you gain nothing from the lectures. take anyone else if you get the chance. the only good thing is that he lets you write on a sheet of paper front and back and take it to the test... but i'd still do bad? tests were just too difficult

Comment:
His lectures mostly consist of deriving equations than actually applying those equations, resulting in very few practice problems in class done in class. He is constantly interrupting the TA tries whenever he tries to explain a problem to us. However, he does give you practice exam questions and (hard) extra credit assignments. Don't take him.

He is such a kind person and genuinely wants students to succeed but is not a very good teacher. He is not good at conveying information and tests over problems he has never gone over before. Don't take him if you don't already know everything he's going to teach.

This guy is clearly one of those professors who is here to do research. He wants people to do well but he teaches nothing at all. He is hard to understand, he doesnt explain things well. Literally the one time I learned something in this class was the one time we had a sub. I dont think this class could be worse. Avoid him at all costs. AWFUL

Worst professor EVER. After everyone bombed the test because he taught us NOTHING, he thought it would be more helpful to give us more time at the testing center for the next test. Im not even sure what he is trying to say most of the time. When the TA tries to teach he completely cuts him off in the middle of a problem. Biggest waste of time.

Had Prof. Z for a mandatory freshman-level course (NATS). He is so excited about everything he says that the whole lecture is a MESS. He doesn't understand how to run a classroom or assign quizzes or homework. I'm sure he's really good at the research side of it, but maaaaaaan, that was the most painful class I have ever taken. Awful.
