I feel like she means well, but she is one of the most self centered people I have ever met. I could ignore is for a little while but towards the end of the class I could not stand it anymore. Cares more about talking about herself than teaching.

Worse teacher I had ever taken, she's the worse grading, takes points out for a very little mistake. lot of non sense projects, your grades depends on luck because she did not read the projects at all. DO NOT TAKE HER.

Do not take her! She grades incredibly hard, even if you follow her exact instructions for a paper, she will still give you a 40 out of a 100! I never get bad grades and this was my worst class by far. Our class pretty much just helped write her book and there was no teaching of any kind, and she still failed a lot of students. Avoid her!

She's very good! I have never met a professor that cares so much and wants to see everybody do well. Classes are entertaining and you will not regret taking her class. If you are looking for the right professor to take... look no more!

Professor Guskey is a marketer in her soul. she is passionate about Marketing. her tests are the hardest part of the class and she does not deny it. her lectures are a great experience she is very funny. Listening to her in class and printing the notes would really help. end of the semester there is a big group project. not an easy class.

Look, she is a really nice person and I appreciate that. The problem is that she gives these tests that are super, Super hard. She goofs off a lot and does not prepare you for the tests, it really stinks that you have not a clue what the test is on. you can read the notes she gives you, but it doesn't mean that is all that will be on the test.

Audrey is hilarious. I love her. Yes, her tests are hard but they are all the same. Just work hard and find different ways to memorize and learn the material and you'll be fine. She wants you to do well and will help you fix your grade if you ask. On tests, she will hint at you the right answer if you ask questions. she's so sweet.

Her grading system is insane and confusing. You have an exam every other week with a 20-30 essay that is extremely hard. You have to memorize everything from her notes for each exam. There is a 100 point group project as well. She is very odd, gives you the notes and reads straight from them. Can be a hard grader and looks for specifics.

Completely full of herself and the way she grades is unfair. If it's not word for word from the notes you are losing points. It's crazy how us (students) are paying for someone who doesn't teach and is so nit picky.

Dr. Guskey is a really nice professor and really cares for her students. Unfortunately, I would take a mean teacher who doesn't give ridiculous tests over a nice one who does any day. She has a great personality, however her tests are insanely hard. I studied days in advance for her tests for hours and still did not do as well as I wanted. She is super picky about how you word things on tests and she expects you to remember things she mentioned like one time briefly in class.

This teacher is crazy in the best way possible. She is funny and always telling you great stories that relate to topics that she its teaching which really helps everyone understand the topics she was teaching. Professor Guskey is one of the greatest teachers you will have at this school just make sure you study hard for her tests or you will fail.

test are really really hard study like day 1 she is very inappropriate at time talks about politics or irrelevant stuff also goes on tangents and tells random stories she's nice tho and if ur nice to her she remembers also go to all the AMA meetings lot of bonus points good luck!

This was the hardest class I have ever taken. In class she would talk about her life and casually talk about the notes. I liked the atmosphere of the class. But, the tests were IMPOSSIBLE. I would not take this class ever again because of the tests. Hardest tests I have ever taken for what we learn in class.

Comment:

Dr. Guskey is my favorite professor. I have had her twice and encourage anyone to take her if they have the opportunity. She loves marketing, her students, and herself. She will tell you stories about herself all class, but she is hilarious and you'll learn to love it. Tests are difficult, but as long as you memorize the material you'll be okay.

LOVED her - she is very outgoing. You will either love her or hate her sense of humor. Really nice lady and willing to help you with anything. Literally all her exams come strait word-for-word from her notes. I mean all you have to do is memorize them. Get on her good side and she will help you even more.

Do not take Dr. G if you don't have to. She is the hardest of the Intro to Marketing teachers. Your grade is made up of only five things and she is the toughest grader I have encountered. She lectures every single class and if your answers are not word for word from the notes they are wrong.
