Chef Floyd is a great teacher. He knows his stuff and will tell you just about anything you need to know (you just have to tear it out of him some times). He has a slightly arrogant attitude and is very busy so you really have to keep at him to get answers (unless you're a girl). Over all Floyd gets a bit of a bad rep, but he really isn't that bad.

I have had Chef Floyd in lab classes, for equipment classes, and beverages class. He's really arrogant. He never explains anything and never helps you whenever you need it. He then, puts you on the spot and points out your "flaws".
