He doesn't enjoy giving out A's. Get ready to do MASSIVE amounts of work for the civic engagement class. I ended up with an A-, even though I got an A on all the assignments. Stay away, and take another professor for psychology of civic engagement -- you will have a better time, and get a better grade, for much much much less effort

i recommend him to anyone!! He's an interesting teacher. He doesnt lecture,class is guest speaker presentations. You don't have to go to class like every other week. On those days you just email him an online assignment. If you have a mind, you are bound to get an A. His class is more about being expressive as opposed to studying txtbook. love him.

Walther was amazing! Great professor, insightful, and helpful. We went to Barbados over spring break for class and he was always making sure we were safe and looked after. He made class fun and interesting. Definitely take all of his courses!

This professor is a very helpful professor. If you don't have a lot of time in your schedule, he's great to take. When he assigns his big homework assignments every other week, he gives you off from class so that you can use that time to do it. He always relates stories in his life to ours.A+
