His exams often have questions on them that aren't representative of what was actually taught. He spends large amounts of class time going off on tangents with stories that aren't related to the material. The only good study tool he gave us were the homework solutions. And even though the homework is optional he gets upset that you don't do it.

Sarcastic yet rude, every time I asked for help there was a sarcastic comment then no help. I like him as a person but found him really difficult to ask for help. All tests were grade easy but when it came to reports or anything else he would nit pick.

Dr. Lit makes his classes fun and enjoyable. Besides getting a laugh out of every class, Students walk away satisfied with the material that was covered and the proper knowledge and tools to do the homework and be satisfied when going in to take a test. I would rather take my classes with Dr. Litwhiler then any other electrical professor.

Sarcastic, unhelpful, tests often included advanced problems that were not covered in class. Also I asked if he could run through an example with me during a homework review session in class and I was met with a sarcastic, "well what's the first step?"

Litwhiler is enthusiastic about class. He is anything but boring. He makes a difficult class seem easier. He is always able to answer questions, very knowledgeable. His class is composed of easier quizzes and harder tests. If you are taking EET 109, the two courses do not sync as they should.
