Comment:

He flagged me for attendance after missing two classes (not in a row) and I emailed him both times to explain why I would not be in class. He goes off on tangents during the lectures and it will take him days to get through one PowerPoint. I wanted to find the class interesting but he made it so boring.

Comment:

Driscoll lecture in a moderate tone that will make you sleepy. But he is a sweet old man that give the same quiz over and over which means easy A. He gives essays, but as long as you do it you will get an A. He takes you on class trip and give you extra credit for going . You may have to turn in a news article everyday thats great for extra credit.

Driscoll is a pretty awful teacher. He takes 10 minutes to do attendance. Talks SO SLOW throughout the whole lecture. Goes way off topic for have the lectures. Used PowerPoints but was slow putting them up for us to accesss. DOES NOT respond to emails. Ever. Gives random quizzes when he feels like no one is paying attention. Does give study guides.

Talks way too much about things not dealing with the lecture. Definitely will be off topic majority of the class time. Way too boring, had to teach myself but definitely an easy class overall .

terrible. not clear in lecture. Spends more time talking about his granddaughter than anything else. Had to teach myself the course. extremely boring, had a hard time staying awake. Easy to get an A, but you have to put extra effort in.

Had him for criminal justice ethics. Does not teach. Tests are easy, he does give study guides, but honesty gets sidetracked very easily. Talks about things irrelevant to class. Time for Driscoll to retire.

Driscoll is a cool teacher! He is also my advisor so I've had him all terms. He doesn't really do the whole class work thing. I had one in-class assignment. He doesn't really do papers, in class we take notes. He'll give you about two test which are the final and midterm. He doesn't emphasize having the book but it's good to have. btw he's a talker

Professor Danny D, is one of my favorite professors at jwu. I have taken class with him since I was a freshmen. Always get a B. His test aren't difficult. His stories are so intersting about all of his work in the feild.

Driscoll is a good professor but is very hard. He only lectures and that is all. DOesn't seem to into teaching anymore so just teaches and leaves. If you need extra help, become friends with him and he'll help you. Just study!

awful!!!!! unfortunately ive taken him for law1090, 2040, and 3075. hes so boring, uses old power points and has a quite monotone voice. he takes forever to go over one thing and goes over it like 10 times! being in his class is a waste of my life!!!!!!! he also disappears for like an hour and leaves you to do group work.
