Comment:

I worked for a food and equipment manufacturing distributor and he told me to come and bring an equipment catalog. I began to explain that I do not handle equipment but I could get a catalog. Upon arrival he began asking me questions and I tried to explain I do not handle equipment. He then admonished me VERY rudely and I lost respect for him.

He has gone out of his way to help me numerous times. If you don't understand something or need help with anything maybe not even school related he's definitely there. He is only boring if you don't want to learn. Participate and the class will go by faster. All the hospitality prof are a selling point for hospitality at bergen.

he's very easy and nice person. but he will hand you a lot of home reading and give test on that. i have very low grade on those tests. i don't think he's a useful instructor.

Class is very easy. Meets once a week. Take notes or just stay awake, you'll pass. Professor is nice. Not very enthusiastic. Might as well sit through the course and ace it 'cause you have to take it if you're in the major. Show up to class. The rest is done for you.
