If you're the type of person who gets really bad anxiety when public speaking you're going to want to take this professor. If she sees you worked hard on your outline and the actual content of your speech, she will go easy on grading your delivery. The class was such a pain to take, but the professor made it bearable.

Very nice! She will help whenever and is very available, and always lets you know what she expects. It is not an easy grade though and yes you will take a lot of notes.

Chaytor was the greatest teacher! I loved her class, Very helpful, yes a lot of notes but they are necessary. She knows her stuff. If you have to take speach comm. it with Chaytor!!!!!!!

She is very helpful, enthusiastic and charming. Her teaching style is suited to many types of learning styles because she explains the concepts in different ways. I would take her again if she had any other subject.

I liked this class even though a lot of people found it boring. Yeah its a lot of notes. But the tests were relativly easy if you actually TOOK the notes. She's always clear and helpful... the only thing is that everytime she laughs she goes "Hahaha, UMMM" which is distracting...

I disagree with others-she was a good teacher-yes there were projects but every teacher gave same projects. She was very fair but yes sometimes the class was boring because of the subject matter not due to her.If you participate-you'll do well.
