I took Dr. Snyder for both BIOL 2111 and 2112 and loved both. Just to warn you, Dr. Snyder is very hard. However, if you really want to learn Anatomy and Physiology thoroughly, take her. She is very organized and gives good review sheets. Lab tests aren't as bad as the lecture tests. She is an amazing teacher. If you work hard you can get an A.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE her!! She's very clear and concise. Her tests are hard but if you study your notes and the review sheets you should do fine. Did I mention that she's amazing!!

2 words: THE BEST!!! Dr. Snyder is the BEST in the business!!! She is very infomative if you get lost on anything just ask her and she will help you understand every thing!!! STUDY the study guide's and read you will pass.

There are 3 exams, 2 practicals and a final along with quizes almost daily. Lectures are clear and usually easy to follow. Anatomy is not hard to understand there's just a ton of names and processes to remember. Synder presents it well & you must study in any anatomy class to do well. Don't let other reviews through you. I earned an A. STUDY!

Took her almost a year and im just getting over the harshness of the class. She's a nice person and all but don't expect to get any extra credit because "it would be unfair to give it to one person and not the rest of the class" (like they really needed the credit. All im sayin is that STUDY you butt off.

Dr. Snyder is an incredible professor. She explains everything you need to know for tests in detail and gives reading guides to help follow along. Her tests are hard if you dont put in time to study but practicals are a breeze. If you have the chance TAKE HER!!

explains well in lab. points out everything you need to know for practical especially slides. TAKE NOTES. Read chapters before lecture. likes to give a diagnose question on every test so know what chemicals do to the whole body and know symptoms of diseases. NO EXTRA CREDIT.

I looked her up on ratemyprofessor.com and I thought she was going to be hot but she is more average. She had missed some lab classes but overall she is good for Biology and she makes her test hard with fill in the blanks and short answers so you definitely need to know the material with her. I wish she would of gave out some more extra credit.

Super hard but worth it! Summer semester was a killer but she is thorough and very organized. She knows what she is talking about and explains everything in a very detailed manner. Tests are super hard but I made A's, Lab Practicals are not bad, she does not try to trick you. I def. recommend her if you want to learn a lot, be ready to work!

I took Dr. Snyder for both A&P 1 and 2. She is EXTREMELY HARD but she is a REALLY nice person. She will always help you. Her test are ridiculously hard and the lab practicals are too. I wouldn't really recommend her to anyone unless anatomy is the only thing they are taking. Don't fall behind on the reading or you wont make it!

Of all the teachers I have had at ASU she is the most difficult to work with. Her tests are ridiculously hard and she marks wrong for tiny spelling errors. She has favorites, usually guys that seem like under dogs. The rest can forget getting any breaks from a person who places unreasonable demands on her students. She is the least favorite.

I took this class for the FIRST time ever in Summer session 2 of 2008...4.5 week class.BRUTAL schedule, but Dr S made it SO simple to understand I felt the class was very easy, but you have GOT to understand the details or you won't get any of it. She is a great professor! Her tests are hard, but if you study you will be fine. She is very helpful in class and lab. She's extremly detailed, so know basically everything she says. The book is helpful but use her notes to study. Great class I got a B.

She explains everything in detail and also gives a quiz daily to help your test average. Dr. Snyder is also very helpful in lab. I strongly recommend her!!! Although, her test are no joke and require you to apply what you have learned.

She is a good teacher. I recommend her for anyone wanting to take A&P. Majors and nonmajors alike she is a great explainer and breaks it down that even a child can get it. You have to work though. Her tests require you to think but are not to hard. You can pass her class during the regular year.

A&P is not easy no matter who you take. Dr. Snyder is very tough though. You must read the book. Critical thinking skills are a must to pass/do well on her tests. You have to apply what you've learned for her short answer questions. She will ask clinical questions. She is a nice lady and very approachable.
