Comment:

Dorothy obviously knows her stuff, but perhaps too well, if such a trait is possible. Her exams are honestly pretty difficult and graded harshly, but if you go to class and study her practice exam, you should do at least okay. Overall, a pretty poor lecturer (very boring and hops around multiple topics quickly) and she's very confusing.

just went through powerpoints, not interesting and messes up through class...class is very boring, fell asleep through the few classes that I went to, sucks as a teacher

Tests are copy of practice tests, so class is rediculously easy, her class despite how sweet/ energetic is not worth going to, she confuses everyone and mis-speaks often making it hard to follow when you already know the material.

Nice person out of class, VERY confusing, makes you say HuH? Doesnt clearly answer questions, and is very sporatic. Class is based off powerpoints, but if you study all material and practice tests you should do fine (at least i did on my first test) Does involve reading from text and the more practice problems you do, the better off you are. Overall not bad, you have to learn on your own, but she's alright.

Unclear answers to questions, doesn't know how to explain material even though she's smart... office hours don't help... reads out powerpoint slides in class which she publishes anyway.. powerpoints aren't very helpful.. on last test: class average was 59

Teaches through powerpoints and skips a lot of information in the book, which she tests you on later. 3 Tests and a final. Uses webassign and doesn't allow calculators. Teaches fast and rarely stops to answer questions.
