I was surprised at the first test because he didn't tell us about using the book being important. I received the same grade on everything I passed in. Of course we use the book, that's why it's on the syllabus. I was easily bored but I'm surprised that people are surprised that you must work for a good grade.

I've had Dr.Fife for MANY of my classes. People need to stop judging him on his age. His classes are very easy to pass as long as you review your textbook. He puts study guides and practice tests on moodle for each test. He also gives extra credit. Such a great guy. Give him a chance! Bring a laptop with you to class, it can get boring.

I've taken multiple courses with this man. He is by far my favorite professor at Plymouth State. His class's are hard and boring. However, he is more than willing to help you. Seriously, e-mail him anything. Get to know him. He is an awesome man and has quite the life story. Understand he is an old man. Give him a break and realize how smart he is.

Well past his prime. He doesn't even know what class he's in half the time. It takes 40 minutes of rambling for him to give a one sentence explanation. He makes you copy notes off transparencies (in a room that has a media cart and projector) that will never appear on a test. He doesn't even know how how to work the 50's era overhead projector.

By far one of the worst psychology teachers at Plymouth State I have ever had. The tests are ridiculous. You MUST read the book in order to pass the test because he gives pointless notes in class that never appears on the tests. He also doesn't care about students doing well in his class and is not helpful at all. Do not take a class with him!

Dr. Fife is a great guy. He really cares about his students and the material he teaches. He uses things right from the book and tells you exactly what to study in his study guides online. He puts a lot of effort into his lesson plans.

He is a very sweet man, who encouraged interactive and experiential learning. If you think he was easy you may have missed his point. His class is only easy if you are not challenging yourself. He does have insight and taught interesting facts.

I had this for Adolescent Psych, and it was pathetic, his test questions were so ignorant and biased. The papers we wrote were easy and a joke, but he was so annoying, it is not worth taking it at all.
