Participation really matters to her, when it comes to Apa format she will take points off if its not done correctly. I feel like she needs to give extra credit to students who are trying. She is the type of professor that will fail you even if you tried, because her rules are more important to her. She is difficult professor, good luck students!

I took this class as a hybrid course. Prof. Koplik is VERY intimidating the first two classes as others has stated. She does call on everyone in class to see if you are reading. READ and if you don't be straight up with her and let her know that you didn't. She is brilliant. I've learned so much from her. You have to read though.

She's probably the best Psych professor at Bloomfield. She is intimidating at first, but I think that is just to scare away the uninterested students. She's tough, but not unfair or unreasonable. My only complaint is that sometimes she thinks something is in the book, and it isn't, and then gets mad when students do not know it.

Prof. Koplik is an AMAZING teacher! High Expectations. Extremely knowledgeable, willing to offer extra help. Pushes her students to do the best. Expects you to read and come prepared for class or there will be consequences!!! The lectures are informative/interesting.I strongly recommend taking her courses

Dr. Koplik is an amazing professor. She may come off intimidating but she is a very understanding instructor. I would suggest that most students should take her no earlier than your sophomore year, second semester because most of her courses use information from lower level classes. Moreover, Koplik is a intelligent professor who knows her field.

Great professor! She knows her material very well. She also talks about her experience as a clinical psychologist, which makes the class that much more interesting! And you MUST read the material before class because she will definitely call on you! GREAT PROFESSOR!!!

Great professor!!! She knows her stuff. She explains the course material very well and MAKE sure you understand! However, duriong class she checks to make sure you are reading the material on your own, so make sure you read! But she is extremely helpful, great personality, great teacher overall!!!!!

koplick is a good teacher who recognizes when her students are paying attention and also when they are slakkin. if you need help for anything, she is always there and a very downt to earth eventhough she has a ph.d. she dont be actin all stuck up, she mad cool and has a good sense of humor, which is important for a teacher.

At first, i was a little intimidated by Koplik during the first two classes. I though she was to demanding. However, as i got used to the class, i realized that she is a very good teacher who always trys to help her students. She never ever gives homework, all you have to do is read you book

Dr. Koplik an expert on the supject, however, she needs to ease up a bit, and give credit where credit is due. I got all A's in her class. I missed one paper, and she gave me a B- overall, that's like getting a C for all of my hardwork and effort. She could have at least given me an A-or B+. Geezshh

Dr. Koplik is the best psych. teacher ever!! She demands a lot from her students, but she is extremely clear in her teaching. Not to mention that she is brillant. Take her if you can! = )
