Honestly, Ammer was thee best professor I have ever had. Being a transfer at a new school was rough but I have never had as great of a professor as this guy. He is very helpful and approachable I wasn't big into birds but the passion this professor has on the subject really makes you feel it! 12/10. Definitely recommend taking any of his classes.

Ammer is an amazing professor. He is always willing to help you if you need it. He loves his students and genuinely wants them to do well. If you do the work, study, and simply show up to class it is super easy to get a good grade.

He is such an awesome teacher. He ligit will tell you exactly word for word what is going to be on the 10 point quizzes. Most of the time he throws in a few extra credit points here and there. If you need help, he is always avaliable outside of class time. He's an awesome guy and its obvious that he loves his job and biology in general.

He was a chill broskii. I liked him and his notes were chapters in book and were all on blackboard so just print them out and you wouldnt really need book. def. should tke this guy if you do or dont understand biology, he makes it easy.

Amazing Amazing Professor, Best teacher I ever had at FSU. Ammer is very helpful, funny and Test are pretty much easy if you put a little study time in it. I even asked him for a reccomendation letter and he wrote one I LOVE this MAN.

Amazing professor. He uses examples with all of his lectures that you can relate to. His quizzes are frequent but he tells you what's going to be on it. Overs extra credit so take advantage of that. Overall: Funny, Nice, Clear, and Helpful!

If you need a cool and easy biology professor he is your guy he tells u exactly whats gonna be on the exam, and gives alot of extra credit for crying out loud he gave extra credit points out to students who dressed up for halloween.

Great class but exams cover too many chapters all at once. I wish the exams covered 2 or 3 chapters. Not with Dr. Ammer! If you plan on doing well, remember what you covered 30 or or more days ago. Otherwise, the class is easy to grasp and to the point. Make sure you do the extra credit.
