I liked Dr. Ku, with his accent he can be funny but he is not trying to be funny. he helps you out to a degree and curves his exams big time. downfall is that he does not use the textbook and is hard to understand. no worries though.

Diffult to understand but he writes everything on board. Makes jokes and is funny. Majorly curves Exams and gives extra points. Helps you when needed. If u show up to every class, boosts your grade a full letter. I would recommend if you don't mind someone with an accent.

This class is terribly uninteresting and theres a HUGE problem with understanding him at times,but the class is relatively common sense, and the take home exam (Because he missed half the classes with chickenpox) wasn't too bad.

Professor Ku is funny sometimes. 75% of the time u WILL understand and 25% u wont understand what he is saying to you. He is extremely help and might even do some of the work for you so thats not a problem. He called me an ****, said thats what my shirt said(was in chinese)LOL take the class aint

This is not an good class! Though he knows what he is talking about, the students have a difficult time understanding what he is saying. The tests are impossible to pass, though he curves in a way you can still pass. If you have perfect attendence, he raises your grade 10 points.

Dr. Ku does indeed know his subject but lacks the verbal skills to describe and work his way through students problems. He can be very entertaining and is rather intelligent when understood. His problems lie in the fact he doesn't communicate well.
