By FAR the best professor I have ever had, lab and lecture. He goes over the material until you understand and is always making time for his students. Although the pandemic for this spring semester ruined class times, he was always answering his emails and created a zoom channel for questions and to study the material with him. There are 4 exam

Comment:

I took him for dual enrollment and he was the best Biology teacher I have ever had. He has 4 tests plus an optional final. He doesn't want anyone with an A to take it because you don't need to. He is very clear when answering questions and really cares about his students. He is passionate and knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend.

There are 4 tests you must take and the final is accumulative &optional. His tests are based off of the powerpoints. Every test has a review, with a lot of material. Cover it all! Pay attention in class. Try not to skip bc he points out test questions. Willing to help if you need more info. Watch out for test 2! Do not need the book.

4 tests + final. he takes your best 4 tests out of those so the final is essentially optional. no other homework. take good notes from powerpoints and you'll do fine. he recommends to buy the book but I got an A without it from just studying and using exam reviews. definitely a helpful, friendly guy.

I have taken this professor for 2 years. He is amazing and caring and he always puts the students first. He is ALWAYS willing to help and stay later or make new meeting times after class. He is the best teacher I have had. Pay attention in class and look through every slide. That is what is on the test! The lab tests require more so just listen!

Amazing professor. You don't really need to read book chapters, everything you need to know is in the powerpoints. He is incredibly fair and will meet you outside of class for extra clarification on material. He also holds exam review sessions in the library if you ask. Don't forget to learn the colors for the first lab exam. :)

Professor Navratil has set the bar very high and is a model for other professors. He is great in the lecture, labs are interesting, and very informative, and is available outside the classroom. He doesn't just lecture, he teaches. You will still have to put in the work but know you couldn't have a better person guiding you.

Very Fair, extra credit for coming to labs. Clear and fair in grading, gives half points if you are half way to the right answer. Engaging and willing to wxpain if you have questions. Very easy to understand!

Professor Navratil has been my favorite college professor. His class only has four tests and a final. No HW, no mandatory attendance. All of his powerpoints are available online and his exam reviews are literally perfect.

Very hard class. A lot of content to cover. Only 3 grades in the course which are the 3 exams given. Power points are shown but it's a self taught lab. He is helpful but I do not reccomend taking this class.

Profesor Navratil is just awesome. He's a super helpful guy and is willing to answer any question you may have. Very clear reviews for all tests. There is a lot of content to cover and the PowerPoints are huge but he does a great job of at least briefly talking about each point. His tests are very fair and if you study you will be fine.

Cute prof. Tests straight from his slides. Book is helpful for understaning the material. Answers any question & tells you what "may" be on the essay portion of the test.Concentrate on his slides & you can get an A. Gives extra credit too fyi.

Anatomy is a tough subject material, but he wants you to succeed and very helpful. He's easy on the eyes too, which does not hurt :)
