Honestly I think he is a good teacher, yeah he repeats things but it helps me remeber and his jokes are funny sometimes. your in college grow up and read the books and go to class. I got an easy A on my first test only pissed one question.

Rude, I asked what would be taught in class when I was leaving for a weekend and then told me to ask a friend, then found out coming back we had a quiz, I asked for a copy of the quiz so I could study for the test and he tossed them all out. It's explainable though, he has no wife or kids so he has no skills in giving a crap about others.

Absolutely terrible, extremely creepy. Very very repetitive. For those of you who have had him: as well, as well. Never was as annoyed coming out of a class room as coming out of his classroom! Read the textbook. Don't text. Try not falling asleep.

Read the text book before the test and if you can retain what you read the class is a walk in the park. I figured this out a little bit too late and picked up a B. He does repeat himself three times about mundane jokes or insights and this is unfortunate for it was funny the first time. He is does know the material.

He drones on every single day. He repeats himself over and over. At the beginning of class he writes down the lesson plan, but can never get through everything because he spent so much time writing it down! Quizzes every friday, but they're easy if you come to class. Same with tests. Just a super boring professor.

DEAR GOD, he is so repetitive and kind of creepy. Lectures drag and he uses an overhead. Exams are all multiple choice, but I've gotten A's/high B's on all of them. Mostly gives quizzes every few Fridays since most people don't come on fridays

Dr. Slavik is sorta out there. At times he can drag on when talking. Class attendance is mandatory as he does random attendance, pop quizzes, and gives notes from an overhead projector (he's still teaching as though it's the 80's!) Read from the book and attend class and you should do fine.

I dont know WHAT you are talking about when you say he's a comedian. He is annoying, he repeats every other word. The worst part ever is the beggining when he imitates a baby's cry. SO OBNOXIOUS. he has NO life stories to bring to the class at all,he isnt married and has no kids of his own to gain experience from. Try Carolyn Wooleaver instead.

This teacher is pretty easy. I had him for lifespan and development. I'll admit he is pretty wierd, but when he repeats things two or three times it actually helps. The tests arn't very hard. He has pretty good stories about babies and children. He is a really smart teacher and I would take his classes again.

He really is a great teacher. Very informative and smart!!! He really knows his stuff... I did not get lower than a C on any of his tests... and I didn't ever go to class... But, that's the thing... GO TO CLASS. He gave me a D just b/c my attendance sucked. I could have had a B in the class, minus my attendance grade.
