Loved Keba!!! I took her for 101, 102 and 103. She was very helpful and explained things as many times as needed if you weren't getting it. She keeps the class entertaining with games like Spanish battleship! Class attendance is required and highly suggested. Test are not too bad but make sure and do the workbook, its easy credit. She's Great!!

Nice abd helpful person! She is REALLY easy as long as you study and go to class. Class reminds me of high school Spanish so if looking for an easy Spanish class I would take her. But if wanting a challenge then would not reccommend.

Nice person, horrible teacher. Poor organization of classes, does not review well for tests and when she does, there is something different on the test than what she said it would be. She doesn't seem to know this higher level Spanish very well which makes it hard to learn. This is the frist Spanish class I received less than an A on a test.

Comment:

Hitzeman was a very fun professor and seemed very cheerful each day in class. I would definitely recommend her for any lower-level spanish classes. However, if you are in a higher level or really do want to learn spanish, I too would suggest taking a native speaker for a prof.

She was easy but not the best of teachers. I felt she was teaching to a lower level student than adult. I did well in her class but once I was in 102 with a different teacher I realized just how far behind I was already. If you really want to learn spanish I would look at other teachers

Great Teacher who was very helpful and made learning spanish fun. I learned the most language in the two quarters I took her class than the 4 years I took it in highschool. Hopefully she comes back to teach at WSU after her masters degree.
