Dr. Hansen is extremely knowledgeable about print journalism. This class is extremely long and she normally takes up the whole time. Lectures can get rather dull. She grades pretty hard but it well help you in the long run. She also recommends that you subscribe to the Lexington Herald-Leader as you will be tested over its contents.

Comment:

Gives ALOT of bonus points thru semester. Hardly any homework. She's odd but knowledgeable. The lectures are simple, you mostly write notes off the overhead. I thought the class was VERY interesting, and I'm not even interested in law! Study notes lightly and you'll pass! Cumulative final, though - was easy. Recomended, if you need this class.

Dr. Hansen is a good teacher, except for the fact that she lectures for hours about things that could be said in 20 minutes. I really didnt enjoy the class with her mainly because she gives homework every class meeting that is just dumb busy work
