Comment:

This was a hybrid class. At the beginning it was really structured then towards the end it fell apart. It was hard to know what was due when, but the content was super interesting, and the prof. was super nice and willing to help. I didn't know this class was writing intensive until like midterms, and we had a 15 page paper, so be careful.

Comment:

This professor clearly does not care about her students and is only here for a paycheck waiting to retire. She is not clear at all with assignments and makes up grades however she feels that day. This class is a Writing Intensive but she does not use rubrics and it is impossible for her to explain the grade you received because it is relative.

Her class was pretty boring, but I ended up doing very well. One may be confused with her instructions, but she's willing to clarify the information for her students.

I've had her for 2 classes so far and plan to take her for a few more. If you need a writing intensive credit and her class will fit, it's your best option. The homework is very light if any at all. Her tests are either take home or she gives you a list of study questions, which is the exact test. Easy A.

She is a very nice lady who genuinely cares about her students. An extremely easy grader & if you show interest & come to class she will do whatever she can to make sure you get an A. I took her intro & online public policy class & loved both. The only thing is shes not always clear about her assignments, but she will gladly clarify if asked.

Not very organized at times and we didn't really do anything in class but the discussions were fun. Her note style can be hard to understand and the text book she used sucked. She's pretty forgiving if you forget something though and a nice enough lady. If you're good a politics-take her. If you're not then it might be a difficult class.

Best Teacher Ever. Come to class, do the reading and participate and you have an A. Trust me do well on the Tests, it will pay off when finals come around, you have an option to not take it.

If you show up to class and take notes you will do fine in her class. She give very specific study guides for the test and the questions are almost word for word from the study guide. One of the easiest couurses i have taken at Cortland and one of the nicest professors.

her tests are hard, but she tries to help the students do well and is always willing to provide help and read drafts of papers. there are also chances for extra credit. the in class topics are also very interesting and on topic.
