He was an AMAZING professor! One of those professors who did not only lecture and left it at that. He had an open door policy where he helped students in their careers and with the class work! He really will be missed! R.I.P Professor Bhargava!

Comment:

Amazing professor! Before this class, I had very little knowledge of marketing. I learned a lot from this class. There are no midterms or finals, just online quizzes & writing assignments. Put in a decent amount of effort & you will come out with a good grade. Bhargava is a fun, outgoing and knowledgeable professor. I would recommend him any day.:)

Comment:

Very easy teacher. Go to class and pay attention and you will do fine on the online quizzes. There is no midterm or final for this class, basically an online class with a physical lecture. Put the effort into this class(hour a day maybe) and you will do just fine. Bad joke Thursdays and commercial breaks make the class fun to be in.

took the class online. states at the beginning that the class averages in the past was a 2.8. you wont get this grade if you participate in discussion and do the homework. it takes a good amount of work to get a good grade, but what college class doesn't.

Took this class online. Professor puts grades on your work, but offers NO explanations. The amount of busy work you have to turn in is outrageous. Forum posts are graded; harshly! Professor responds to emails several days later, and his responses are incomprehensible (mostly incomplete sentences, or parts of sentences). Take another professor.

Took this class online. I thought the work and quizzes were very easy and straightforward. Don't forget to participate in the discussion forums, they are a decent part of your grade. Only complaint was that quizzes had a lot of errors like marking correct answers wrong and having 2 choices that were both right when you could only pick one.

This was my first online class. The course load seemed pretty light to me, but I know others thought differently. The questions we had to answer were not difficult at all. The quizzes came directly from the book. Participate in the forums. It's an easy part of your grade. I would recommend this professor.

Had this course online. Instructor was almost completely not involved in the class. He takes a long time to grade anything and the scale that he grades on is very confusing. It is all book reading and then online quizzes and short essays. I would not recommend this instructor to others.

This guy is not only a great professor but an inspiration. He was once a big shot, but experiences through his life brought him to teaching. If you wanna learn marketing in the real world, and maybe a little about yourself take this AMAZING professor!!!!

I took this class online (my first online class). I have on overall GPA of 3.2 at Oakland and I got a 4.0 in this class. The book was the an easy read (just a lot).Read and highlight then take the online quizzes. He drops one of six of the quizzes and only takes the best half of the writing assignments.

Realy good teacher. He is very informative and makes class very fun. Cracks some nice jokes every once in a while and he loves the Beatles. The weekley snacks were great.

Has open book tests but there are so many questions that if you didn't read it before you'll be wasting your time finding the page of the answer. I got a 3.7 in the class and enjoyed it very much. Great professor.
