Comment:

Horrible Teacher, you will be given less than an hour for 50 questions on the test. Review never matched up with the questions asked, he makes them his self (and shouldn't because some are usually typed wrong). I have no advise for taking this teacher, avoid if possible!

Comment:

I felt like he made things unnecessarily hard even for a upper class man course. I think it would have been helpful to have a few quizzes or maybe even some homework to help prepare for his exams because I never did figure out what he was looking for in studying. Some of my classmates had an easy enough time, but I did not.

This would be my most difficult grad class to date. Test questions purposely try to trip you up and really test you on your knowledge of the material. If you do not read your textbook you WILL NOT succeed in this class. With that said, I really enjoyed the the course and learned a lot of useful info. Don't expect it to be easy, though.

DO NOT be late to class. He uses lots of legal jargon, his tests can be confusing. However, he was prompt to answer any and all questions. His lectures from the power points so reading the book at home is required. If you will talk to him he will do anything to help you.

Test are tough for Online Class. 50 Questions - 60 Minutes to take. No going back after answering question. Must read the text and know the material very well in order to pass. Study guide helps on the test. Be prepared to spend a lot of time on this class.

Its real simple. Go to class ON TIME, read, and study. Did I mention to be ON TIME? He is very upfront with no hassles. I've taken him for two different business law courses and did just fine. Just remember that he's not there for your entertainment but rather your fundamental understanding of the law. And did I mention to be ON TIME?

Had him for Business Law back in the late '90s, and he is very strong in terms of instructional technique and clarity. He is very strict regarding tardiness and the like, but that improves one's own standards of discipline. One of the best at TSU.

Take notes and read the book for the exams just the notes won't do much good. Not a super difficult class but does require some studying. Good teacher, you'll think he's a jerk at first but he's actually very nice. Just don't be late.

The man is very monotone, and I don't really enjoy the class. I've not missed one class, I've studied, and I haven't done amazing on his tests. I do have other classes that are more time consuming, so I sometimes put b. law on the back burner. But you can pass as long as you study some and show up to class and take notes.

An excellent beginner's overview of Business Law. Petronis knows the material inside and out. To pass (I made an A), you must both attend class and read the book. If you take the time, you can make a good grade. Oh, and don't be late and turn your cell phone off.

Wish there were more like him! You the pansies that criticize him for requiring punctuality on the part of his students need to grow the f*ck up. The man regards lateness as disrespectful and disruptive to others, and he is right. Knows the material,and is a nice person in and out of the class. Great class, greater experience!

Not really a hard class, just take good notes, pay attention and DON'T BE LATE. One thing if you are 1 point away from the next letter grade you probably will not be moved up. It's all or nothing. He is a good professor but tough. You really earn your grade.

Not the easiest class but not the most difficult. If you take good notes and study them you'll do fine. Also helps to read the chapters. No comprehensive final and tests are only over a few chapters at a time. Don't be late to class! If you're one minute late don't even bother that day.

The material in the book is not hard. If you read the book before the notes, it is easier to understand. The tests are tricky, and they are not easy. Dont expect to pull an A unless you eat, sleep, and breathe it! You will develop carpal tunnel in the future because of this class.
