For all of those who say she is overbearing, hard, or unhelpful I agree and disagree. Professor Martinelli teaches students who intend to enter the real world and is also teaching adults, this is a true college class and you will not regret taking it if you are motivated and willing to put in the effort to be a good student.

I can't believe what I'm reading. This professor is very caring about her students. She helped me out a lot. I loved her way of teaching, and the works we read. Just go to class and she goes over everything you need to know. She's a really nice lady.

Her syllabus does not make any sense. She is unclear about due dates and what she wants you to discuss in the major papers. She has no respect for her students and takes pleasure in proving them wrong and putting them down. She thinks she's god's gift to the world, but really she is the spawn of satan. stay away or take it pass/fail.

This teacher is absolutely awful. She has the most vague syllabus of any teacher i ever had, however she thinks its crystal clear. She has her own MLA format. Everything is in size 10 font. I have more work in this class then all my other classes combined. I sent her an e-mail and she responded with "What do you think?" to a simple yes/no question

this woman is a close minded **** who dosnt understand the fact that some students have learning disabilities! i explained to her that my paper was not finished because i needed some extra time to complete the assignment. i explained my interest in the material and that i was trying my best to succeed in the class. she then kicked me out.

I loved her as a teacher! She likes students who share her viewpoints, and who pay attention. Just show up and do the work. She is more than willing to help and give ext. if you go and talk to her in person.

I hated this professor, she was rude and overbearing. Would ask students questions just to challenge them and make them feel dumb. Does not accept late work. She did not care that I was a freshmen and did not know how to do MLA. Assigns & Collects HW/Papers every class. I dropped this course after I missed work.

I pay my own tuition and that makes me see professors in a different way. Martinelli is one of the best professors I've ever had. If you're a slacker she is not for you. If you came to actually learn something of value there's no better class than with her! The lady knows her stuff and how to teach it. Awesome material in class! Prof M thanks!

This class opened my eyes to the real world outside of college. While there is a lot of work, she makes it interesting and it helped to really raise the quality of my writing as well as my new interest in how awesome writers, especially poets really are! She is a must take professor.
