During my time at Fairmont, Dr. Bob was my favorite. He's an absolutely awesome professor. Really helpful and you learn so much from him. Don't take him for an easy A though, he makes you work for it.

I really didn't like the fact that I had to take a communications class. Dr. Bob definitely changed my opinion on communication classes. There were three presentations: group, informative and persuasive. Avoid reading from notecards as much as possible. He'll tell you like it is but also help if you ask for it.

Comment:

Although I made it out of class with an A, this man is so negative towards any ideas other than his own. He calls students out on their flaws on previous assignments during a lecture. He does not forget a face and can be friendly, but his personality is too extreme. I also left every lecture with a headache, because he talks so loud.

As a Communication major I really got to know Dr. Bob very well. He's an excellent professor that will do anything to help a student as long as that student attempts to help themselves. We still stay in touch even after graduating. Excellent professor!

Dr. Mild is such a good professor. He makes the text easy to understand and he takes the time to get to know each of his students. If you see him outside of class, he's always friendly and greets you. Although his class isnt' simple, it's not a total challenge either. Take him if you get the chance!

Prof. Mild is awesome! Unfortunately, that's the understatement of the century. Here's a professor that is dedicated to his students and his work. He doesn't give grades, you earn them, which makes your learning experience worthwhile. He's easily approachable and will ALWAYS help you! Highly recommended. It'll be a sad shame to see this man retire!

He's a really nice guy & a great person to befriend.I took it in the summer but I thought it was easy.He gives you all the test questions the day before the test.You have to do a group speech,informative speech, and persuasive.The book is helpful but if you take good notes you don't need to use it!

I get so sick of hearing students complain about teachers who give them a bad grade. Try this one on: maybe they don't GIVE you these grades, maybe you EARN them. I think Dr. Mild makes every attempt make his students comfortable speaking in class.

He's horrible; the only B i ever got at fsc! At least when i had him, he lays on the desk to teach like he's seducing the class. Has a big ego and constantly talks about doing commercials for some hotel chain in PA. How can i put it...He seems like a jerk
